All prices on the website are stated and payable in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and are committed to ensuring that your information remains confidential. We won't keep your credit card details and we definitely won't give your details to any third parties.

Delivery

Flowers are a perishable item we are unable to offer re-delivery of bouquets so please make sure you select a suitable wrapping option at check out and leave us additional information in case no one is home when we deliver (e.g. leave with a neighbour, or on the porch)

We will always endeavour to leave your delivery in the most suitable and safe location but can not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to bouquets once delivered.

Issues with your order

If you have any issues with your flowers, please contact us via email with photos within 1 day of delivery. We will deal with issues on a case by case basis.

Cancellations

We will accept the cancellation on products bought through the webshop if made 2 days before the delivery date and give a full refund.
